We do ask kids be age 14 and up. If they are 18 and under we ask a parent to accompany them during the class. We do not allow membership for anyone under age 16.

All memberships are month-to-month w/ no contract. Cancel any time with a 30 day notice, you must come in the studio and sign a paper form. Membership Pause is an option, we can place your account on hold for 30 or 60 days for your membership. Class cancellation policy - Please cancel within 2 Hours of class time or an $8.00 no show/late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
Bungee Fitness is perfect for all shapes, sizes, and genders, regardless of your current fitness level. You can progress at your own pace as you begin with the prerequisite Level 1 class. You will be able to advance through the entire Bungee Fit experience to the Level 4 classes. Whether you are a fitness junkie or just starting your fitness journey, Bungee Fit will deliver a unique, exciting, and high caloric burn workout.
Our bungees accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes! Weight requirements range from a minimum of 90 pounds to a maximum of 300 pounds. There are no age restrictions, as long as you are within the required weight restrictions. Guest ages 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Upon arrival, you will be weighed, assigned a harness, and secured to your bungee station. Once attached, you will be asked to do a few simple movements to ensure we have the right number of bungees with the proper fit. Class will begin with basic movements and routines to introduce you to the foundations of proper footwork and bungee technique.
For women, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing, such as leggings or biker shorts, a tank top or t-shirt, supportive athletic clothing and a sports bra with tennis shoes. Loose clothing and short shorts are not recommended. For men, wear comfortable, supportive, athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Loose fitting basketball shorts and boxers are not recommended. Hair should be worn in a high style ponytail or braid to avoid getting caught in the bungees.
If you have any health concerns, we recommend you ask your doctor before booking a class. However, this type of training can't be beat! The low-impact training poses the least amount of risk with the greatest amount of benefits.
